I came in to get some Dental work done and was wrote up a Plan to get work done. I INFORMED STAFF I HAD INSURANCE COVERAGE AND WAS TOLD I DIDNT HAVE COVERAGE ACCORDING TO STAFF. SO I PROCEED MOVING FORWARD WITH THE PLAN CASH OUT OF POCKET THEY PROVIDED. AFTER CONTACTING MY INSURANCE CARRIER THEY INFORMED ME THE STAFF WAS INCORRECT AND I DID HAVE INSURANCE COVERAGE. NOW I WONDERING WHY I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO COVERAGE AT THE TIME. THEY CHARGED ME $4000.00 WHEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN WAY CHEAPER.
